Job description

We’re looking for a thoughtful, creative, and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our growing product team. In this role, you’ll play a central part in shaping intuitive, delightful, and accessible experiences for our customers. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to bring clarity to complex workflows and ensure our products solve real problems with elegance.

Responsibilities

  • Translate user research, product requirements, and business goals into intuitive designs and flows.

  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design intent clearly.

  • Partner with engineers during development to ensure designs are implemented with precision and consistency.

  • Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency across platforms.

  • Conduct usability tests and apply data insights to refine and improve user experiences.

  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Stay current on UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a UX or Product Designer (agency or in-house).

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions for digital products.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

  • Solid understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and information architecture.

  • Experience collaborating with developers and product managers in an agile environment.

  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design practices.

  • Strong communication skills — able to explain design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand implementation constraints.

  • Background in conducting user interviews and usability testing.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Hotjar, Google Analytics) for data-driven design iteration.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary with annual bonus opportunities.

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.

  • Flexible hybrid or remote working options.

  • Paid parental leave and generous vacation policy.

  • A collaborative culture that values experimentation, feedback, and growth.

  • The opportunity to shape experiences used by thousands of people every day.
